Angela Knibb

Angela is an experienced NHS programme/project manager with over 25 years’ experience of working in the NHS business of programme management and providing business support to deliver strategic transformational change. She has a strong programme delivery background and have proven experience of delivering cost improvements, productivity and efficiencies in Mental health, Community, Acute, Commissioning and primary care settings. She is very results-process driven and has cross-transferrable skills in programme management, strategic delivery and business change management.

She has worked on complex programmes of work in the ambulance sector when leading the delivery of the national ambulance response targets across a region. She has also built up a strong acute and ambulance client relationship through undertaking transformational programmes of work with clear deliverables which included working with technology and clinical teams to: - improve journey times, reduce length of stay, manage patient flow, transform clinical records, undertake real time bed state systems and deploy check-in booths and IT systems to track and order pathology requests for patients.
