TeleTracking’s employees are serious about their roles in developing and supporting technology to help hospitals and medical centers improve patient flow and quality of care. The company created a culture of humility and compassion, with opportunities for individualized professional development and the ability to give back to the community through volunteer work and TeleCares, a program providing financial and volunteer support to community organizations.

TeleTracking also holds an annual wellness fair and provides access to financial wellness resources. The Pittsburgh Business Times has honored TeleTracking with the Corporate Citizenship Award, and Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve recognized the company with the Above and Beyond Award in recent years.
