When "Uneventful" Means Fantastic in Healthcare!

TeleTracking frequently gives prospective healthcare clients the names of contacts at “reference sites” — existing client hospital facilities willing to share their TeleTracking experience.

Thus, the implementation team at Comanche County (Oklahoma) Memorial Hospital was merely performing its due diligence when it received positive feedback from two of TeleTracking’s reference sites about TeleTracking.

But we didn’t know until the day before our solutions’ go-live at Comanche was that the group made its own reference calls to two other TeleTracking clients concerning how our implementations were handled at their healthcare sites.

The responses they got back were “fantastic” and “uneventful.”  Of course, for an implementation specialist, those words are interchangeable. Even more exciting was that it came from two clients who had not been recruited as reference sites.

Comanche cited TeleTracking’s reputation for great implementation and even went so far as to tell us that they wished that a big name competitor would have handled its implementations as smoothly and “with the same commitment to customer service” as TeleTracking.

Of course, Comanche’s expectations were high before we started this project, and the efforts of TeleTracking’s implementation team just raised the bar higher. But that is a challenge that we welcome, because TeleTracking people live for such challenges.

Because of our people, we were able to leave Comanche in a position to continually improve their patient flow goals, with high confidence that they will get the ongoing support they need.

That kind of on-the-job performance is part of our culture, because we measure success by the clients we keep, not just the clients we win.
