The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) works to empower practices, providers, and patients to create meaningful change in healthcare—and that’s why we were so pleased to be a part of MGMA19 | The Annual Conference this week in New Orleans.  And with the Annual Conference offering a wide range of interesting and innovative learning opportunities it was the perfect place to educate attendees on our mission to ensure that no one will ever have to wait for the care they need.

“We’ve had wonderful traffic at the booth and great conversations with both health system provider groups and group practices,” says Kim Goldsmith, Associate Client Success Manager.

“A common theme that has emerged is the increased emphasis on patient engagement and finding ways to initiate and sustain it.”

MGMA19

Daily sessions covered the areas of Financial Management, Professional Development & Leadership, Best Practice in Operations, Strategy & Planning, Strategy & Planning, Federal Law, and Regulations & Advocacy—and they all reflect the current challenges today’s health business professionals face.  And why this was the perfect setting to showcase our Community Scheduling & Workflow [CS&W] solution.

“Providing live demos of CS&W really brought the solution to life for everyone who stopped by our booth,” continues Goldsmith. “They liked the idea of being able to build a positive, consistent patient experience; retain existing patients and attract new ones; reduce no-shows and minimize waits in ambulatory care settings; and bring system-wide visibility to ambulatory flow, so they can identify and solve problems and make business decisions with clear insight and strategy.”
