Welcome to the Spring 2020 issue of Patient Flow Quarterly! The World Health Organization declared 2020 the Year of Nurse and Midwife, and in this edition, we’re pleased to recognize the brave, selfless and compassionate efforts of nurses on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.
