Robert Grayhek

Robert Grayhek brings extensive clinical, change management and healthcare system program development to his role as a Healthcare Consultant.  His health system leadership and operations experience has provided him with the knowledge and ability to utilize best practices for improving patient flow. In addition to serving in the role of Director his responsibilities have included orchestrating the acquisition and implementation of patient care technology to improve patient flow within a healthcare system. 

In his previous position, Robert had several roles within the Saint Francis Healthcare system.  While each role was very diverse they all focused on cost management, performance improvement and patient flow throughout the healthcare system.  Most recent experience includes serving as the Director of Patient Logistics which included administrative oversight for and strategic implementation of TeleTracking’s Capacity Management Suite, Transfer Center and Dashboard. 

Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Southeast Missouri State University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a healthcare emphasis from William Woods University.
