Sue McBride

Sue McBride brings a strong background in consulting and advisory services to TeleTracking’s leadership team as the Senior Vice President, Client Transformation. Prior to joining TeleTracking, she held leadership roles at several global [“Big 4”] consulting firms.

Sue has more than 20 years of healthcare experience in revenue cycle and physician practice management, operations and consulting. She also has extensive experience delivering large, complex business transformation implementations, resulting in substantial ROI increases. Her specific areas of experience include revenue cycle transformation (patient access, revenue integrity, patient financial services); call center design and optimization; payer-provider collaboration; physician practice optimization; IT systems implementation; and overall change management.

Sue’s in-depth knowledge of the changing landscape of the healthcare industry—along with how business and financial demands of provider organizations can best leverage information technology— allowing her to develop creative sustainable business solutions with significant financial impact.

Sue has a BA in Organizational Psychology and an MHSA in Healthcare Management and Policy from the University of Michigan.
