Mark Andrekovich

Mark Andrekovich is the Chief People & Culture Officer, responsible for overseeing all human resources functions and promoting TeleTracking’s unique culture as the cornerstone of the organization’s values, brand and image.

Mark brings significant global experience in both public and private organizations, spanning government contracting, health IT services and manufacturing. Prior to joining TeleTracking, Mark worked for MAXIMUS Inc. as both their Chief of Human Capital and as the President of the Tax Credit and Employer Services business unit. During his time at MAXIMUS he contributed to the dramatic growth and global expansion of the company. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with global companies such as General Electric, Owens-Illinois and Nordson Corporation.

Mark earned an MBA from Monmouth University and a BSBA in Labor Relations & Economics from Clarion University of Pennsylvania where he has been a member of the College of Business and Information Sciences Advisory Board since 1990. Mark also served on the Advisory Board of the American Health Policy Institute (AHPI).
